The most important thing when buying prescription glasses online is making sure that you can actually speak to a person if you need to. I had great success with www.replacementlensexpress.com.
Their customer service was very responsive and I was able to speak with their head optician regarding my prescription and he gave me a great recommendation for which lenses to get.
Their prices were great, and my glasses (pink tint with rhinestones!) were delivered to me in 3 days.
Their frame selection isn't very big online, but their lens one is. If you have a pair of frames you know you want, you can just e-mail them the make and model number and they will give you a great price quote, usually at wholesale.
