Kellogg's All-Bran Bar - Product Review
I blogged about getting a sample of Kellogg's All-Bran Bars earlier, and I received my sample ages ago and I really enjoyed it! I got the Honey Nut flavour, and thought it wouldn't really taste that great because I've tried Kellogg's All-Bran granola bars before and wasn't really a fan. But the new Honey Nut All-Bran Bars has a pleasant sweet flavour and is great for a quick breakfast or a quick snack. I went out and bought 2 boxes using the coupons that came with the sample. I'm munching on one right now, and thought I'd post about it to let you know my thoughts.

Dine Out Vancouver 2010
Each year, a lot of fabulous restaurants put together a menu that lets you sample what they have to offer at their restaurants without breaking the bank (They keep raising the prices each year though). This year, the menus are $18, $28 or $38. You get a full course meal and some pretty fancy restaurants. I've never been to one myself, but I'm definitely planning to go this year. Dine Out Vancouver runs from April 26 to May 6th this year. Better make reservations, the popular restaurants book up fast!

Mango Mousse
I bought ingredients to make mango mousse today, since I saw it on the back of a Europe's Best bag of frozen mangoes. I'm trying it now, and I must say, it tastes a lot more peachy than mango-y. But I'm not really surprised. I'm going to try it again except go to an Asian store to buy mango jello and mango juice. Here's the recipe if anyone is interested:
1 cup frozen mangos - puree
80ml peach juice
2 packs peach jello
2 cups hot water (to dissolve jello)
1L vanilla ice cream
Pretty simple to make, and pretty tasty too. I bet it'll taste even better if I use all mango ingredients! Mm-mmm! I'll see if I can take a picture later on so you can see how it looks like!
